I was contacted for HR phone screening about 30 min for diffusion process engineer initially. After that I had another HR calling me from headquarter boise ID telling me that I am being interviewed for cvd equipment engineering position, diffusion process engineer, and diffusion equipment engineer positions all at the same time. Then, I had 1 hr long phone interview with CVD manager and diffusion process engineer at the same time. It kinda confused me but they were asking me some basic spc related questions and gave situational engineering question to see how you process things. After that I was called in for on-site interview. I waited a bit but I had nice two 1hour long interviews with process engineering teams and equipment engineer/manager teams. They asked me a lot about my past experience as field service engineer at vendor company. I got an offer that very evening and I was so happy because I thought I didn't answer clearly enough. I was very happy with my salary and benefits so I think I will accept the offer.
