A very bad interview experience. There are together three rounds interview. But every round I was asked the same questions, very low efficiency. It is really a wast of my time. They do not care about the candidate's feeling. In the 1st round, they give me a very easy technical test, such as sorting and fibonacci programming, and some SSD related basic questions. After the test, two people gave me a short interview and told me that the firmware position they had in Singapore was mainly about debugging. I was a little disappointed. In the afternoon, they told me to attend 2nd interview two days later. I thought it should be the manager interviewing me. But again, another two person talked to me. They asked me to explain my answer to the technical tests. It was very like the 1st round. Then they told me that since it was the lunch time (11:30 am), the manger would interview me at 1:00 pm. I waited and at last I met the boss. Again he asked me questions just like the previous two rounds. He asked me to explain my selection sorting and gave me what he called a better solution, which was just like my codes. I was very disappointed why a manager could not understand a such easy sorting algorithm. But I still tried to convince him. At last he seemed to understand my code. Then he asked another question on the technical test. I could not stand any more. I said "if you are really interested in my answers, you should join in the 1st round interview, not just wasting my time to ask me the same questions again and again".....Then, the result, you know......
