I completed three rounds of interviews. The first two rounds focused on OOP concepts and coding. However, during the second round, the interviewer seemed unprepared and unclear, taking time to formulate and explain the questions properly. The discussion was based on a real-world problem they are currently facing; I was asked to design a data model and write a few queries accordingly.
The third round was with a technical manager and lasted about 80 minutes. After that, I received no communication from the HR team, despite following up with polite and professional emails. It’s disappointing that, after investing significant time and effort, the process ended in complete silence.
The HR team did not reflect the level of professionalism the company portrays publicly. Regardless of the final decision, it’s basic courtesy to inform candidates who have progressed through multiple rounds.
