A mess! The HR didn't apply the normal procedure. I applied for a position and got another one. There was no information regarding what was coming in the interview. I never got a response from them. The interviewees came late, one of them was sitting in the canteen, they turned off their cameras shortly after the start of the interview.

I was surprised with the level of arrogance and ignorance coming from the three individuals interviewing me, one was practically driving his car. The majority of the questions, level of conversation and topics discussed were kind of amateur, not particularly related to executive producer role, kind of a waste of time, I lost interest halfway through, I don't wanna sound arrogant, but this was really a memorable encounter.
