Interview was a video call, but interviewer didn't turn their camera on. Asked fairly routine questions. I asked about follow up steps and timeline and they were very vague. Then proceeded to ghost me and not respond to follow up emails with so much as a "thanks, we've decided to go with another candidate." Overall pretty unprofessional to ghost someone who you have interviewed.
