One-way video interview. 10 questions, mostly technical. The personal questions got multiple takes and more time to think. Only one take for the technical questions. I would suggest being mindful of the time for the questions you get one take for. I took all the thinking time available, even if I didn't need it just to stay relaxed.

Name a difficult technical experience you had and how you resolved it.
Just look up some standard help desk interview questions and practice answering those!

Entretien
The interview process was great, they were friendly and kind to me. They reached out to me to check how I was doing, and promised to give me an update as to whether I was approved or denied. I am still waiting to hear back from them

They asked me about who I am, and what I like to do in my free time. They want to get to know me and don't expect me to have any previous work experience.
