I received a text message from MEM about an interview opening for 1:00 P.M on 11-17. I agreed to said time, then the company texted me again asking if 1:30 P.M worked. I agreed. It wasn't until a few hours passed where I would receive a phone call from MEM, where they explained that the prior interview slots are filled and I'd have to make it to the 10:00 A.M interview slot. I had no issue with that. On the day of the interview I connected to the Zoom link they provided at 9:50 A.M. I patiently stood by in the waiting room for forty minutes until I realized that none of the recruiters decided to show up. Overall, my experience so far with MEM has shown me that this company is very unprofessional in their approach to interviewing new-hires. I would suggest that all aspiring salesmen stay away from this company.
