It was very long with a lot of questions, I came in and had to sit down and they had about five pages worth of questions however the guy was lovely and kept apologising for how long it was. Overall the experience was fine and you don’t have to go there prepared as even though there was a lot of questions it wasn’t as formal as you would expect.
Quick and easy process. From application to job offer to induction within a week. Kind and friendly staff. Able to connect well with me and my personal interests and offers flexibility in shifts.

Entretien
Interview started seven minutes late. Premises was unkempt, run-down and had a few areas where the plaster was falling off the walls.
Interviewer just filled out an application form on my behalf (I'm quite capable of doing so myself, so why she did so I'm not sure), didn't bother detailing an accurate employment history and didn't even bother telling me her name until after the interview had concluded.
Clearly this interview should have been performed by someone qualified in a premises that didn't look like it had barely survived nuclear fallout.
