The interview process at MillerKnoll involved four separate interviews and was fairly extensive. While I appreciated the opportunity to meet with multiple team members, the timeline was quite drawn out, and communication between steps was limited. One of the later interviews included a meeting with the regional director, who arrived 15 minutes late without acknowledging the delay. If you’re considering a role here and are actively interviewing elsewhere, it’s helpful to know that the process may take longer than expected.
