Very laid back. You have to give a 15-30 min presentation about yourself to management. Then a panel interview. Great experience. They ask questions that relate to what you could potentially experience at the company.

Panel style interview. Did full walk through with Plant manage. Learned about the plant and it’s outputs. Learned about the position in depth and from other employees in the position.

The atmosphere was phenomenal and everyone was friendly. The plant tour and interviews were very informative. They went over the job expectations and I even interviewed with the plant manager. I enjoyed my time and look forward to hearing back.
