I applied for the position in August and did not hear back from anyone regarding an interview until October to schedule the interview. The questions were pretty simple and not your typical questions looking for a trick answer. The interviewing team is a team you may potentially work with. They seemed very engaged, friendly and happy to interview me vs treating me as another applicant.
