Was called by their HR team to ask questions such as why did I apply for the role and then after 5 minutes was invited to an interview. The person interviewing me was not subtle by the look on their face the minute I walked in that just after seeing me that I was not going to proceed any further. Instead of wasting my time they could have simply told me straight away that for whatever reason I did not look the part. Also never called me back to let me know the outcome despite saying they would at the end of the interview. The only bad interview I've ever had in 10 years.

It was really friendly, approachable and honest. I really appreciated their humour, honesty and the deep sense of meaning I felt that each person working their had. Would definitely recommend Mind.
