You start off with the typical HR screening interview. Then, it's followed by a second interview with the hiring manager. Then, a analysis assessment (you get a couple of days to complete it and it doesn't take 1 work day to complete) that you had to present to the team.

Competency based interview- required very basic excel knoweldge. Keen to help you succeed.
The interview booths are not great as they are very small and also lit in a distracting way with lots of different colours. Multiple rounds for any position- even the most junior role.

It was pretty extensive, I had about 3 phone interviews before I went in for an in-person interview. And even before that, I had to complete an exercise to demonstrate my analysis skills, as well as preparing a presentation for my in-person interview
