Very confusing experience - I was contacted by a Head of Engineering on LinkedIn where I have my CV with my expertise and experience listed. He set up a call where again we discussed my expertise - told in details what I was doing previously, nothing different from described in resume. Contacted me back the same day saying that he discussed with his colleagues and appeared they had people better fitting their needs in their pool. I was like - what was that? Couldn't his colleagues just review the CV and profile before contacting me and wasting everyone's time?
