30-minute pre-screening interview to assess if you are generally qualified for the position and to answer any basic questions you may have about the role. Pretty informal and straightforward. Conducted by an outside HR consultant that works with the company. At the end of the interview I was given a writing assessment to complete and return within 4 days.
