Very nice people at my location, small shop. They said you don't get to do a lot of designing though, mostly customer service work like emailing/picking up phone calls and handling walk-ins, printing stuff out in the back if needed to jump in if your main role is front desk. The design work you do often is like fixing what the customer requests or just updating small changes. Definitely big projects they said that come in time to time where you create it from idea to finished product, but not too often at least at my location. Overall great place if you're entry level and want to get your foot in the door and learn more about design. The boss was very passionate about helping you grow and learn. I didn't accept because there weren't any benefits package, no 401k, or health insurance, or PTO either. I think this will vary from location to location so just ask them and double check.

The interview process went amazing. First interview over the phone and second interview in person. They asked a bunch of questions, answered my questions, toured me around the office. They said they would contact me the Monday before the long weekend to let me know if i got the job or not. They never contact me! I emailed them to follow up and they never emailed me back. I find it very unprofessional when they tell me they will contact me to let me know if I got the job or not, then never hear from them for weeks. I follow up and they still never contact me back. At least contact me so I am not sitting here waiting to know if i got the job or not.
