Apply online, and HR calls you to set up a skills assessment test and first round interview. The skills assessment was a writing sample and technical skill test, only about 10 minutes long each; they were both directly related to the position, no curveball questions like some other organizations.
Next was a panel interview on Zoom with 6 interviewers. They can't give any feedback or converse, but they provide the questions about 15 minutes before, so you have time to prepare.
The second interview was in person on the campus with higher level directors.
