Entretien
You get a call directly from the company regarding a requirement in niche field.
after some talk they ask to come for a face to face interview.
It is either at the main office or you need to go to the client office where its one of the senior parent company employee interviews you.
After a week or two you get a call for the other round with the client, or you get a offer to join the company and have rounds with the client before joining a project with the client.
during the hiring you get a box of chocolates/gift as an entry welcome. the HRs will assist you in your form filling for the entry process.
