I had a phone interview and then wrote sample coverage on a script. They were very friendly and easy to talk to and asked the normal questions. I think they evaluate ability based mostly on your resume and writing sample, and the interview is more about getting to know your personality/how well you would mesh with the company. It took a few weeks to hear back because at the time they were busy with the Cannes festival.

Applied online and the whole process took 10 days. Most questions focused on what I can do and my understanding of the film. Overall process was very effecient. Fridendly nice people
