I was contacted via linkedind from the hiring recruiter. I did 6 interviews with 6 different people in a 2 month timeframe. What a waste of time, all the 6 interviews were all the same, same question same atitude, no interaction and all of them sounded like they had a script in front of them and they were just going through the script and nothing else. Than after the 6 interview i didn't get an offer because the other candidate was a better fit for the tasks...it took them 6 interviews to come into this conclusion.
