I asked for feedback about why my application was not considered good enough, so I could see where I failed and improve while looking for a job. Yes, I was proactive by asking that, and while the person I asked could have just ignored my LinkedIn msg, he instead was kind to understand my concerns and asked the recruitment team for a feedback and share it with me later. With this, I had a chance to better explain why I was certain that I was a fit. I finally entered the interview process. Their communication and actions showed they play as team and are open to give and receive feedback as well. Priorities and salary expectations were aligned at first in order to protect the candidate time. Guidelines about each round of interviews were given in a clear way with enough time to prepare. Every person I spoke with during the interview process was transparent, kind and knowledgeable, and yet I didn’t feel as if anyone was trying to make me uncomfortable while pressure testing me with tricky questions (as oftentimes I see this happening around during interviews). They motivate you to negotiate your salary if you get an offer, after all, you succeeded for a reason, and the recruiter can help you with that.

The process is a total of 5 rounds. The team is very experienced and professional. I had a great time e-meeting them; however, I couldn't clear the final "leadership" round. Just be yourself; if they like you, great, if not, move on. My recruiter, Jessie, was phenomenal as well. Communication and feedback from her were top-notch. Very impressed.
