I applied MiTel Interview through CareerNet Recruitment Agency. The interview was at MiTel Office, Presented in Manyata Embassy Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore in February 2018. After waiting for 1 hour i was called to take up the written test, which was not told earlier by the recruitment agency. I took it and after clearing it , was asked to wait for some time. Lunch was arranged by MiTel for all the candidates who were waiting for next rounds Round1 Asked Basic Questions on OOP, Java, Servlets and JSP Round2 Asked in-depth questions in Multi Threading, JEE, SQL Round3 Asked design level questions Round 4 Asked Programming Coding questions The interview panel was not clear about the questions they are asking and also not able to identify the requirements and the candidates qualifications I felt that i have wasted my whole day by attending this interview

Brief interview involving tech and ops , interview was average difficulty, mostly the interviewer tried to understand my aspirations and if it fit with the company. also discussed about salary and the shifts.
