I was informed by a recruit agency at first about another position at Mitsui Copper Foil but they are more prefer people with more experiences. So, I was offered for interview for another position which is production supervisor. According to them, they cannot give the title of engineer but the job scope is actually production engineer job scope. Title of engineer can only be given after one year of service. The interview was conducted two times. The questions that asked was very basic question since I don't have any working experience.
