there was only one interview with a panel of 3 people. My manager, his manager, and an HR manager. It was a fairly easy process where they invite you for a 30 minute interview in Mobily's premise. HR always asks the same questions about why you want to join Mobily and what's your current salary and how much would you want to get. The rest of the panel ask questions mainly about your job experience. Most of the time they actually learn from what you say in the interview. So be confidant in your interview and treat it as a casual sit-down.
