Had 5 interviews , first screening with the hiring manager then 2 Technical interviews 1 with customer management then the last interview with the hiring manager HR is very responsive ==================== The HR and Hiring manager are very cooperative and open about the process and the role the TECH interview though was very conversational and very basic for a role that was promoted to be heavy skills required !! .. with no real way to measure your skills or abilities and yet the have the audacity to say you're refused because of the lack of in-depth tech skills !!! very disappointed in the Tech questions and engineers the process is very chaotic and very startup behavior 2 out of 5 interviews could have been simply ignored as i believe they got nothing out of it other than wasting my time
