I was contacted by Mode Recruitment for a PHP Developer job. After a couple of call with the recruiter I had a call with the team lead of the hiring company, the conversation was about background experience and get to know each other a bit more. After this one-to-one meeting and a positive feedback shared by the agency I did not receive any sign from their side. I tried to write the agency an email but I did not receive any response. At least a feedback is due. Very unpolite way to handle candidates.
