J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Modell's Sporting Goods (Eatontown, NJ) en sept. 2008
Entretien
Approached a folding table in the mall before a store opening and saw signs for hiring for a new store. I filled out the application and was handed a questionaire. The questionaire was the entire interview for the new store opening. The point of the questionaire was to assess how dedicated you were to customer service. When asked any sort of a question, the answer is always to provide more customer service.

Question 1
For the sales associate level none of the questions were really difficult, just some of the wording. If you remember that Modell's cares more about providing customer service than about their associates, you will ace any sort of interview.
