The interview process at Modern Campus was one of the more well-organized I have been through. From the initial recruiter call to the final conversations with the hiring team, communication was clear and timely at every step. The interviewers clearly knew the product and the market, which made for substantive conversations rather than generic Q&A. Questions felt relevant to the actual role, and there was a genuine effort to understand my background and how it would translate to their customer base in higher education. I never felt like I was being put through a process for the sake of it. Came away from each conversation more excited about the opportunity than before.
