Phone interview with brief questions. Followed by in person with required technical knowledge test. Seriously felt like once you are with the contract test didn't matter. All employees I met on same contract had less knowledge if not any technical expertise.

Was contacted upon applying for a lower level job posting. Met with recruiter and had a very through interview elaborating on my background. Was very favorably impressed with the commitment to find a 'best fit' type of position.
