It started pleasant wight the corp. recruiter Angela (LIAR) Garrison. She speaks to u on the phone and then sends your resume to the branch you might be working. However upon arriving to the branch they were looking for someone with direct recruiting experience which is ok and all thats what they want however dont waste my time by telling me i have transferable skills when they want someone who is up and running ASAP who needs no training. Good thing i didnt put eggs all in one basket and was offered a job else where. SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS I wouldnt have drove out there if the expectation was set properly

Discussed relevant job history, overcoming challenges, my interests, etc. Normal interview process. I then was able to ask about the day to day, training, ramp up period, etc. Overall was an enjoyable conversation!

Entretien
The role was with Amazon. Amazon was great. The recruiter that was the middle man between myself and Amazon was not. Delayed many processes due to lack of response time, had Amazon reach out directly onto me. Then months later after declining the initial position , they reached back out and ghosted again after I asked additional questions. This recruiter really lacked customer service skills and was not easy to work with.

Very easy interview conversation, client details were explained. The one thing lacking was the commission structure which was not defined at all. And once you performed the job the structure actually takes you by surprise as it has too many loopholes
