The interview processwas in multiple phases the first phase was a phone interview with the company CEO. The next step was a day long series of panel interviews follwed up by another interview with the CEO. The panel consisted of the collabrators from another firm and teh staff of the company I was interviewing for. The only difficult part was the length. I was told to plan for two hours and teh process totaled more than five hours.The CEO interview consisted of fit within the company and compensation benfits etc.
