There were two interviews in total. I spoke with the HR, media director, ad op manager and some other account managers. The interview was about an hour long each. They only wanted local candidates who live within the 50 miles of Corte Madera, preferably closer. Most of the staff resided in SF and East Bay. I have to say the HR, or the company management as a whole, preferred women over men. I literally saw like 3 guys with like dozens of girls in the office. Sorry, boys.

Phone interview first, then 1:1 with Hr and manager of the specific department. Group interview is last to see if you are a good fit. HR asks behavioral questions while manager and team asks technical questions about advertising
