2 phone interviews that are very basic. First is just about your experiences, second about technical questions and personality.nothing too difficult or questions you wouldn't expect to be asked. Will then have an interview with the client.

Received a screening call before being offered a face-to-face interview and assessment. The face-to-face lasted around 20 minutes and was straightforward. This was followed by an assessment which lasted an hour.
I am still waiting on a response 11 weeks later. The follow up contact I made was replied to saying they are in the dark about what is going to happen with the position. I would suggest you do not hold interviews in London for a role based in the North West that does not appear to exist.

I had an initial phone call conversation then an assessment in London which involved a case handling example where you had to write a written case outcome. After passing the assessment I was then invited back at the end of the week to the office for a face to face interview.

Entretien
Fairly straight forward, a mock telephone interview, followed by a mock customer call and then and assessment day with some investigating case studies and a face to face interview. Momenta will prepare you with the type of specific questions they will ask and give you the material to study this. The rest of the interview questions are general interview questions such as your biggest weakness, why do you want to work here etc.
