Strange interview process. I went through three rounds of interviews with this company. The first one was more of a meet and greet where I got to learn more about the company. The second one was a cognitive assessment where you were given two verbal math problems while someone watched you do the math. The third one took hours of preparation to prep for a presentation that I presented to a group of individuals. Overall the process was extremely time consuming and disappointing. I was asked to prove my cognitive skills twice while I was asked very few questions about myself and how I like to work. I never got to ask any questions in my last two interviews because the interviewers always had to leave for another call. They asked to meet with me again over zoom where they told me they wouldn’t be moving forward. Scheduling a formal zoom meeting that ends in rejection feels really weird. No hard feelings for me, just wanted to document my own personal experience for others. One pro was the process moved quickly.
