The interview process was simply the best experience I've ever had, in my 30 plus years of working. It might be the system, but, my person of contact, Martha Willis, made sure that I had EVERYTHING I needed and understood the entire process. She was very patient with me from beginning to end. She made me feel as if she knew me for 20 years, and as if I were talking to a long time friend. Definitely an easy process with her by my side.

The initial communication was clear, and the interview itself was well-structured. I appreciated, the interviewer’s professionalism, clarity about the role, etc. I would say the level of professionalism was better than any other place I have worked

Very smooth interview process. Martha answered all my questions and helped me prepare. Had one screening interview and one zoom interview. The zoom interview was good as well, professional and covered all the bases.

It was great and questions were easy. The hiring manager was very nice and understanding. I would recommend everyone to apply at momentum solar. It was an great experience overall
