The manager is quite nice but it became apparent they weren't actually looking for a paralegal. They are looking for personal assistants for the partner and manager. It also sounded like they have a massive turnover and are in a constant loop of recruitment. Overall it felt quite deceptive and scared me away from small firms.

The interview was probably the most bizarre I’ve ever had - the interviewer basically spent the whole time trying to talk me out of the job I was there for.
