Interviews were very short a simple. Got a call and the woman got me in for an interview the next day. Had my first interview with an HR personnel who basically told me the gist of the job, pay, benefits, etc. I showed her that I was very interested in working for them so she saw my enthusiasm and got me a second interview with a plant manager who would be over the area I would be working in. Had about a 15 minute interview with the manager who told me they could extend me an offer of employment. I was then scheduled for my drug test and physical that were required. The results from the tests came back in only a few hours to my surprise so I got a call from HR telling me I could start the following Monday. I actually then called back and asked to start sooner and was able to do so. Very pleased with the HR department and how the whole process went.
