The process was extremely fast and efficient. I was called two weeks after applying to the position (via email) and scheduled my interview for the following week. At the interview were 3 current employees (Hiring Manager, Project Manager and CIO). They asked me questions about my personality and about why I applied for Monarch. The week after my interview I received a phone offer.
