They are very nice and the process is smooth, the manage is very willing to share her market insights with me and I learnt a lot from the conversation, e.g. the team structure, team size and culture, also their daily work like how do they deal with the data.

The interview was first a very causal and friendly chat about my background, the reason why I applied this role and my interest in the marketing. Then it was an interview with the reporting manager for deeper questions and more details about the post.
