J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez MongoDB (New York, NY) en avr. 2019
Entretien
Met the Developer Advocate team while at a conference, and asked them if they had any openings on their team. Started with a 1-1 with the hiring manager, then moved onto a written component. I wrote a guide for integrating into their API with JavaScript, and sent it to the team for evaluation. After that I was flown into the MongoDB HQ in NYC. This step involved 3 or 4 non-technical interviews. I talked to various members of the team including leadership about my experience and why I was excited to work for MongoDB. The entire process took about 3 months, but I would say that this was not the norm. Most of the time, this process should only take a couple of weeks.
