Initial screen with recruiter after she found me on linkedin to see if the role was a good fit; after that a phone call with direct hiring manager, and finally a skype with team lead. Had I continued on there would have been in person meetings with other members of the sales team.

Weird. Three interviews all positive and a commitment to fast track to the challenge. Then ghosted. No reply to follow up emails etc.
With a background in NoSql sales and with only 30% or so of the sales team planning to hit target then I thought a response at least. It reminds me of that saying keep on following the same process and expecting a different outcome is insanity

Long process with no clear timeline nor overview. Puts candidates to work and waste their time. Not the brightest of the bunch. Worth considering if your time is worth it.
