So I got a call from recruiter regarding the profile, we discussed it and it was quite similar to my previous experience. She said that she'll shedule the interview with the hiring manager. And after a week when I contacted her she said my resume didn't got shortlisted. It was confusing, as why did the recruiter contacted me in the first place if my resume didn't get shortlisted. Please respect candidates time.
