The interview process was well structured and the internal HR team provided clear feedback and information on what the next steps were. The MongoDB team that interviewed me were able to answer my questions in detail which helped me gain a good understanding of the role.

The process took a few months but overall was a positive experience. What I appreciated the most was my hiring manager being available via E-Mail or LinkedIn to answer upcoming questions and guide me through the process. My requests to talk to other female leaders before accepting the offer was also respected and I am glad I asked, because it really changed my initial view of the company. I was happy to find out that there are many programs to drive inclusivity and this helped me be sure that MongoDB is the right next step for my career.
