It was a very unprofessional experience. The interviewee canceled the interview at the last minute, rescheduling it for a week later. However, during the second attempt, the manager was again unprofessional, arriving late and appearing to be in a hurry. The interview lasted barely 10 minutes, with no substantial questions asked, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. It seemed as though the manager was forced into conducting the interview.

Process was clear and steps were clarified along the way. Very positive experience with the team involved in the interview process. The environment and technical challenges were different than my current job role in positive ways. I do not believe I hit the right skills in key areas to advance in the process to the final interview and offer phase.

Transparent, and not too much hard. Asked about customer experiences, motivation to mongodb, dbs, differences beetween DB engines, related experiences. Design and describe an Airport control tower application architecture flow. DBs, db engine type, replication, high availability, consistency, APIs, etc
