It was just one interview with the recruiter who was super nice but it ended in...you guessed: GHOSTING which was a shame because it looked like a cool company. We all get recruiters are busy but it's not so hard to respond to a simple email asking for follow up. Recruiters: remember there're also times where you will be part of the job seeker market and everyone will remember you and help you if you give a good impression.

This was by far one of the worst interview processes I have ever gone through. Specifically for the finance department, majority of the people I spoke to were incredibly pretentious (without any reason to be). They already make major assumptions on you without even speaking to you. Their interview questions were not in depth and did not have any quality. They don’t make decisions based on your interview just your resume. Very bad experience.
On top of that, they provide almost no communication throughout the processes. They will have you go through multiple rounds of interviews and then ghost you for 3+ weeks.
Just to bring the point home of how bad this process was. After getting ghosted, I filled out another application for the same role and got a call from ANOTHER recruiter and did a whole first interview with another pretentious manager. They didn’t even realize it was the same applicant.
I would highly avoid this company
