30 minute behavioral call with recruiter, followed by 1 hour Karat interview (array and string processing), followed by three back-to-back-to-back interviews. First was a technical, Leetcode style interview (Overlay Binary Trees), second was the behavioral (past experiences, what you want to get out of MongoDB), third was a OOP interview (design banking software).

First had a phone call with a recruiter, then a technical assessment through a third party (with a person, not one of those websites), and then a three hour interview with three members of the team. Two of the three hour segments were coding, and the other was a behavioral.
