Went through 3 steps, one recruiter and two technical interviews, I felt like the last one went really well, the guy even said that he'd be happy if I'd join the team, so it was really promising for me. A few days later I received a rejection email... Wanted to know the reason, so I replied and asked about it, of course, no response since then. A week later I saw they reposted the same job on linkedin, so I sent a message to the recruiter if we might be able to continue the process, I was hoping that the rejection was a mistake or something. The recruiter replied a few days later with a nearly automatic message to apply again (there is a cooldown period of 6 months) which means they didn't read my message... One of my worst experiences, now I understand the negative reviews.
