Fairly casual, everyone seems very nice and easy to talk to. Interviewed with multiple supervisors and all of them asked questions about my interest and experience for a lab position.

Entretien
I had a video interview with three interviewers. They asked about past experiences, skills, behavioral questions to see how well I would fit in their lab. The process was quick, phone and video interview within a week. The recruiter and interviewers were very friendly.
