The process was fairly straightforward with an online application comprising a set of questions and CV. the next and final stage was a an Assessment Day comprising of a an individual presentation, group task and individual interview. Everyone seemed nice and welcoming on the day.

Good interview with great interaction and support. They also give all opportunity to contribute so you won't feel as if you're left out, however, they will take a long time to get back to you!

Entretien
Interviewee makes you feel comfortable and then start with questions. It's a friendly conversation. You can literally talk about anything and they enjoy talking to you unless you are boring them. Overall its was a good experience.
