The process took a while I waited a few months for response. But it was worth it during the interview I got asked standard customer service questions. And what would you do questions. The interviewers were very nice and straight to the point.

The interview was very unprofessional. The interviewer asked if I had kids, how old I was, and if I was Puerto Rican. It sounded more like she wanted a friend than a coworker. These questions are unacceptable and raised major red flags. I wanted to tell her something but I didn't want to blow the interview. I didn't get the job but I take it as a blessing from God because I wouldn't want to work under someone like that. MONTEFIORE DO BETTER!!
